All pet prescriptions must be checked and prescribed by a Veterinary Surgeon before being dispensed. The medication will then be second-checked by a different member of staff, before the prescription is prepared for collection. This rigorous checking process meets the highest practice standards necessary for our accreditation. We therefore ask that you allow 2 working days notice (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for prescription requests.
