IT’S COMPETITION TIME!

The team at Friars Moor Livestock Health are calling for all children to learn about farming and where their food comes from. We would like children to make posters showing how the food they eat is produced. When you have finished your poster, please take a picture or scan and sent it by email to: farmoffice@friarsmoorlivestockhealth.co.uk

A prize will be given for the best poster in age groups 4 to 7 years, 8 to 11 years and 12 to 16 years old. Please submit all entries by 1st July. Winners will be announced in the August edition and contacted in person before this.

Here are Helen Roger’s two getting their entries ready for the competiton.

You can also read our farm vet, John Walsh’s piece on ‘Reconnecting With Our Food’ in the June edition of the Sherborne Times.
