Hugh Fortescue

Hugh has spent most of his life living locally in Dorset. He completed his veterinary studies at Bristol and graduated in 2020. Hugh has enjoyed a varied career so far spending time working for DEFRA as an Official Veterinarian in abattoirs and becoming an animal export specialist, as well as gaining an MSc in Rural Estate Management.

Hugh has now returned back to Dorset and has a keen interest in soft tissue surgery and imaging.

In his spare time, Hugh enjoys all manners of countryside activities and can regularly be found fishing on the river bank with his labrador Mairi by his side.
