Herd Health planning

However large or small your herd we can provide a tailored, annual plan of action to include vaccinations and worming. Our priority is maximising your herd’s productivity, health and welfare. Analysis of disease prevalence must be actively monitored and allows us to target areas where improvements can be made.

Nutrition advice and metabolic monitoring

Nutrition is important for the health of your animals. We are happy to provide nutritional advice. We can also do trace element screening and analyse feed rations if necessary.

In-house lab

Our in-house laboratory offers same day worm egg and coccidia counts, milk sample culture, blood biochemistry and investigation of external parasites.

Export & TB testing

Our vets are APHA approved to carry out both TB and export testing on your farm.

Routine surgeries

We regularly carry out castrations and other routine surgeries either at the practice or out on farm.

24 hour emergency services

All our vets are enthusiastic and dedicated farm vets providing our own 24 hour emergency service, (almost) always with a smile on their faces!
