Please join us on Wednesday 14th March, 11am-2pm, at Lymburgh’s Farm (by kind permission of Mr J Primrose) for an informative day of learning about Bovine TB Biosecurity. It will include detailed information to help you improve biosecurity on your farm with an interactive farm walk so that you can reduce the risk of introducing TB to your herd. It is particularly relevant as we approach the compulsory 6 month TB testing in 2019.

Low risk herds, which have a bTB CHeCs Biosecurity Scheme score of 1 or more will be exempt from the 6 month testing and we will be giving advice about this on the day. This will also apply to farms that have lost their Officially TB Free (OTF) status as we can give you some top tips on how to find evidence of wildlife on your farm.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided.

Free and open to all – for more information and to book your place please contact the office.

We all love our pets and, for 18 years, Friars Moor Veterinary Practice in Sturminster Newton has been giving me the confidence that I was doing the very best I could for mine.
