Lameness meeting

On Tuesday 17th October some of our farm team were pleased to join AHDB and Jon Huxley, a lameness expert from the University of Nottingham for a meeting to discuss mobility scoring, the importance of rapid treatment of lame cows and the negative change in prognosis that delayed treatment leads to. It was fantastic to present a case study demonstrating what a positive impact mobility scoring has had on one of our dairies. We’d like to thank AHDB for inviting us to be part of the meeting and to the Udder Farm Shop for hosting, feeding and watering us!
